1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Lunafy, you agree to these Terms of Service and any future updates or modifications. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, with or without notice.
2. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials. You also agree to use Lunafy in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
3. Service Availability
Lunafy provides free hosting for Discord bots developed in Python and Node.js. While we make reasonable efforts to maintain the service, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not responsible for downtime, data loss, or service interruptions.
4. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use Lunafy for any illegal, abusive, or harmful purposes. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, disrupt service functionality, or engage in any activity that could harm the platform or its users.
5. Hosting Restrictions
Lunafy is exclusively intended for hosting Discord bots developed in Python and Node.js. No other type of service, application, or workload is permitted on the platform.
The following are strictly prohibited:
- Web servers and websites — hosting any HTTP/HTTPS server, web application, API server, or any other web-facing service is not allowed.
- Non-Discord-bot services — only Discord bots may be deployed. Game servers, databases exposed to the internet, scrapers, miners, proxies, VPNs, and any other software that is not a Discord bot are forbidden.
- Tunneling tools — using Cloudflare Tunnel, ngrok, localtunnel, frp, or any similar tunneling or port-forwarding solution to expose services or circumvent network restrictions is strictly prohibited.
- Bypass attempts — any technical or procedural attempt to work around these restrictions — including through proxies, reverse shells, dynamic DNS, or obfuscated processes — is forbidden and will be treated as a serious violation.
Violation of these hosting restrictions may result in the immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account and all associated services, without prior notice or refund.
6. Suspension or Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account or service at our discretion, particularly in cases of abuse, rule violations, or misuse of resources. Because Lunafy is a free service, continuous availability is not guaranteed.
Paid services: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any paid service, without pro-rata refund, if its use violates Discord's Terms of Service or these Lunafy Terms of Service. Such suspension may take effect immediately and without prior notice when a violation is established or imminent, in order to protect the integrity of the platform and its users.
7. Privacy and Data Use
Your privacy matters to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle your personal data and usage information.
8. Limitations of Liability
Lunafy is provided "as is" and "as available." We are not liable for any damages, including direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from your use of our services, such as data loss or downtime.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
10. Refund Policy
As Lunafy uses Paddle as its Merchant of Record, all payments and refunds are processed by Paddle in accordance with Paddle's terms.
If you are a Consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of the transaction date without giving any reason. To request a refund, please contact us on our Discord server or by email at billing@lunafy.run. Please note that there are no refunds on unused subscription periods after the initial 14-day cancellation window.
11. Platform Automation & Nature of Service
Lunafy is a fully automated platform. All services — including account creation, server provisioning, resource allocation, and billing — are delivered electronically and automatically, without any human intervention or human-driven labour component.
No freelance work, consulting, coaching, tutoring, or any other human-performed service is sold or delivered through Lunafy. The product is exclusively software-based digital infrastructure (server hosting) accessed via a web dashboard.
